Don't worry about left-handed students not having a correct desk; this is a desk all students can use. The seat and book box can be adjusted independently to give each student a custom fit. The seat and back are made of durable 5/8" thick solid melamine plastic to stand up to the rigors of years of classroom use. The seat and book box have a teardrop-shaped shaft to prevent desks from shifting and turning. The book box measures 21-1/2"W x 15-3/4"L x 4-1/2"D and has a full length pencil tray welded to the inside of the book box. The sides and bottom are embossed for extra strength and stability. Desk tops come in a Birch Wood finish. Choose Beige or Black for the upper frame and book box. The solid plastic top is available in Sand or Light Grey for an $18.00 up charge. Seats available in eight colors.
