The 1" thick, 14-gauge, back tube on our task chair makes this one of the strongest chairs on the market. Combine that with the five-point base made of nylon fiberglass reinforced construction, and this chair will withstand the wear and tear of any classroom. You'll notice the comfort provided by the extra-wide seat and back made of melamine plastic.
