Inside Sales/C.S. Representative

Direct Advantage is a growing direct-mail company, which is seeking a motivated and dependable Inside Sales and Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities include:

Answering Customer Calls
Respond to Manufacturer requests
Enter Faxed, Mailed and Phoned orders
Review and maintain daily reports
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Follow-up with all inquiries in a timely manner.
Adhere to a regular schedule.
Sell via a catalog
Learn several types of industry specific software.
Use spreadsheet, database and word processor programs.

Competencies include:

Customer Service experience required, any supervisory experience a plus!
High School Diploma required, college degree a plus!
Must be detail oriented.
Strong typing skills
Strong knowledge of computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Enjoys a business-to-business customer service atmosphere.
